During my recent business trip to a hotel in Matsuyama, I was pleasantly surprised by the great views of the city and surrounding mountains seen from the balcony of my room. The breakfast buffet was also very impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location was also convenient, being near the main attractions and shops in the area.
The elevators were a huge pain, as I had to take different ones to reach different areas of the hotel. , the onsen was not what I expected.

I spent my Easter holiday at a hotel in a hot spring area. The hotel location was great - it was easy to access the shopping arcade and main attraction sites. The hotel provided a private car parking area and a porter to help me with the luggage. I enjoyed the convenience. The elevator system was not straightforward. It took some time to get to the reception area and my room.

The hotel we stayed in had a strategic location in the center of the main attractions, providing easy access to onsen shopping arcade and the main building. We also loved our traditional Japanese room, which was very big and came with its own natural onsen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the buffet breakfast was tasty. Plus, the live piano evenings were a great addition that we thoroughly enjoyed!
The hotel's access can be a bit inconvenient, requiring multiple elevators to reach the front desk and our room.
